We want you to love your purchase from Libaas.sg. At this time, we do not offer returns. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help by exchanging the size
Exchange Policy - Size Only
If you’ve received an item and would like a different size, we’re happy to help! You can exchange your purchase within 7 working days of receiving it.
Please note that we’re unable to process exchanges after this period.
Eligibility for Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange in the event that our goods are used or damaged. In that case all cost for shipment will be borne by the customer.
Libaas.sg prides itself for its good business practice, and hence cannot sell used/damaged clothing to others. As a small business, we cannot afford this at the moment.
How to Initiate a Size Exchange
- You can simply send us an email or reach us out on our Facebook or Instagram page. Please write your order number, name and full address.
- Once we receive your request, we will process the size exchange as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item to us, as well as the delivery of the replacement size.
Cancellation Policy
At Libaas.sg we strive to process your orders promptly to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.
